About Pou Tangata Moana
Pacific public servants make up about 9 percent of the public service. Most of us are younger than our non-Pacific counterparts. Although we work in different areas of the public service, we are still underrepresented in leadership roles and management. There are many agency-specific Pacific networks that exists in public service but none that spans across the different agencies. This would enable us to be more connected as a community.
Join us as we grow a community of Pacific public servants to connect across government, talanoa about important issues like career progression, pay transparency, equity and to support one another to succeed in our professions.
