About Tūhono - The Māori Public Sector Network
Founded to serve the needs of Māori in the Public Sector, we are made up of Māori in Wellington who want to make a difference for Māori. We bring experts and learners together. We hui. We wānanga. We create space and opportunity to share and grow, using the power of whanaungatanga! As at Hakihea January 2024, we have 878 members nationwide, with active pekapeka in Waikato, Tāmaki Makaurau, and Te Whanganui-ā-Tara. We have a vibrant presence on LinkedIn and host regional and virtual wānanga for specific kaupapa throughout the year.
We encourage all Māori working in the Public Service to join the kōrero! Nau mai, haere mai, whakapiri mai!
